Terms of Service

1. The service
Reservory provides booking, payments, waiver, and reporting software for attraction operators ("you"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account and content
You're responsible for activity on your account, the accuracy of the experiences and slots you publish, and the legal compliance of any waiver content you upload. You own your customer data; we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Payments and Stripe
We use Stripe Connect to process payments. By activating payments you also agree to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. Reservory charges a flat monthly subscription plus a transparent processing fee (2.2% + $0.20 per charge); both are itemised in your dashboard.
4. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
You set your own refund policy and display it to customers at checkout. Refunds you issue are returned to the customer's original payment method via Stripe. Chargebacks and dispute resolution are governed by Stripe's process; we surface dispute alerts in your dashboard and provide evidence templates on request. Subscription fees are non-refundable; processing fees on refunded transactions are returned to you per Stripe's policy.
5. Waivers and liability
Reservory provides the technical infrastructure to collect electronic signatures. The legal content of your waivers (assumption-of-risk, indemnification, parental consent terms) is your responsibility. You must consult counsel admitted in your jurisdiction to ensure enforceability. We are not liable for losses arising from unenforceable waiver content.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. Reservory is provided "as is" without warranty; our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain booking and payment records for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting obligations. Customer PII is retained for the active life of your account plus 90 days. You can export your data any time from the dashboard. On account closure you can request hard deletion of customer PII; we retain the minimum required by law.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend immediately for material breach, fraud, or risk to other operators on the platform.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
